No upward GPA trend...problems?

I was wondering if me not having an upward GPA trend really matters.

I've had a pretty, imo, constant GPA. Wondering if this will count against me?

my gpas

fresh: 3.7
soph: 3.65
junior: 3.7


These are gpas for the entire year (both semesters averaged)

You don't need an upward trend when your GPAs are that good. And strictly speaking, it did rise a bit from year two to year three.
