New California PTL(Postgraduate Training License) Application for DO's

Hello other DO's in CA,
Have any of you started the PTL application?
It appears every single wording excludes DO's in the qualifications.
Does that mean we don't need to apply for PTL?
I know the PTL just opened up, but has anyone gone through the process yet or work at a program where there's a lot of DO's?
I'm the only ever DO in my residency program and have no one to ask..

What do you mean it excludes DOs? You're applying for your license through the DO medical board, right? DOs don't get licensed through the MD board when there is already a separate DO board.
