Hey all, Trauma.org has a very interesting internet simulation of the critical care of neurotrauma. You basically evaluate the vitals and various chemical dynamics of a critically injured, as well as simulated CT scans, and get a myriad of options to use. Eventually, you get an outcome and are sorta evaluated on your performance. Just thought it may be an interesting and highly education thing to play around with.
