I was wondering...are there any neurosurgery residencies incorporating endovascular techniques training (such as coiling, embolization, neuroangiograms) into their programs?

all of them to some extent. Some allow you more elective time to gain more experience in endo and to count some of it towards fellowship training that you would complete post-grad.
