In a pt with longstanding DM, the most likely urodynamic finding is:
A. An atonic bladder
B A spastic bladder
C. Stress incontinence
D. Bladder sphincter dyssnergia

yes A is correct
-DM can cause diabetic peripheral neuropathy (LMN lesion).
-Atonic bladder implies an LMN lesion at the level of the conus medullaris, cauda equina, sacral plexus, or peripheral nerves. It is characterized by overflow incontinence and increased capacity and compliance.
