On the NERB, operative, will my case be rejected if the adjacent tooth is crowned or already has a filling?

For example if I want to do a DO on 12 and number 13 is crowned or has an MO, would number 12DO get rejected?

You should really get a copy of the NERB guide, it's prob avail on their website. There's a lot of weird rules (who needs med consults, who doesn't, how it's scored, etc). What you're describing sounds fine, however. If the neighboring tooth had a cavitated carious lesion that affects contact, then it would not work.
