Nephrology rotation in Europe

I'm a renal fellow in the US looking to do a month or so long rotation in Europe, preferably English or Spanish speaking countries.
Can anyone please help with any information?

i could possibly help you if you were interested in prague. although, i am more familiar with getting students a spot, i would be happy to try for a resident.

well, the profs speak english...it would be less than convenient to be running around with a translator all the time, though...anyhow, if you want to consider it, let me know. otherwise best of luck!
