Hi y’all! So I have a little predicament. Coming into college, I was very unsure of if I wanted to be premed but the pre-reqs for one my desired majors coincided with pre med pre-reqs. But since I didn’t really think I wanted to be pre-med and I didn’t want to unnecessarily “ruin” my GPA, I took but both those courses under the “non-recording option” which basically means that if you get a grade below your desired grade the class will appear as a NRO instead of as a grade. I still got credit for the class but there’s no grade for the classes and it’s not factored into my GPA. But now that I’ve decided I want to be pre med, I’m unsure of if I need to retake these courses. I’m already planning for a few gap years because I’m double majoring and couldn’t fit Orgo and biochem in before graduating.
Thanks!
Thanks!
