Need help with caapid application

[Root Caries]

Can anyone tell me whether we have to submit the personal statement in formatted form or without formatting.Because when I typed it in microsoft word /notepad and then tried pasting it in caapid application the formatted form is not retained the way its in microsoft word.....
any help would be appreciated.

when you paste your statement into note pad...click on format and then click on word wrap...and then copy and paste your statemnt into caapid
