Hi, I am a vet graduated from a university in Asia and planning to move to Canada.
I plan to obtain Canada CoQ via NEB program by registering to the program from my home country and sit for BCSE/NAVLE exams before moving to Canada. I believe that provinces like BC, AB allow applying for restricted license for a foreign vet who pass BCSE/NAVLE in order to practice in Canada while waiting for PSA/CPE exam.
The problem is that I just found on NEB registration info page that I need to provide proof of citizenship/immigration status and proof of residence
(See the attached picture of the page captured from this link >> https://wiki.cvma-acmv.org:8443/plugins/servlet/mobile?contentId=361026#content/view/361030 )
Does that mean I cannot register into NEB program and have BCSE/NAVLE exam passed from my home country?
Has any one successfully registered for NEB program from your home country lately?
Thank you in advance for your kind help.
