Hi everyone! I know every year applicants are always wondering when they will hear back from schools. This past cycle out of state applicants heard if they were offered a seat on 12/21 around 5pm! In state applicants have a different admissions process where they heard later in the cycle. Obviously no guarantee that the timeline will stay the same but hopefully it will give you somewhat of an idea

Hello Class of 2029 Applicants! This is the Student Services Office for the College of Veterinary Medicine. As you begin the application process, leave any questions you may have here and we will do our best to get them answered. You are also encouraged to review admissions requirements at the NC State CVM web site.

The NC State CVM Materials Page (aka portal) went live in VMCAS on May 9.

You can learn more by accessing our website.

The NC State supplemental application questions are located in the NC State portal within VMCAS under the NC State Materials Page - look for the "Questions" tab.

Both VMCAS and the NC State supplemental applications are due on the same deadline - September 16, 2024 at 11:59pm ET.

Upon submission of the VMCAS/supplemental application, applicants will receive information (via email) on completing payment for the required supplemental application fee.
