I need an advise on this. I recently applied for a student visa (with a kaplan I-20) in Nigeria. I was however denied the visa because I told the consular officer i was going to the US to prepare for USMLE and she maintained that passing the exams would entitle me to work in the US which is usually prohited by law if one is in the US with a student visa.
I however hope to reapply for the visa and need advices on how my next interview can be successful.
