I just thought that we can start a thread on Masters program that a foreign trained dentist could join.Do contribute to this thread if you know of any such information regarding any courses made available by Dental schools to foreign trained dentists and the requirements to these programs.If any of you apply and are called for Interviews please do post your inputs.

MASTER OF SCIENCE IN DENTISTRY

The MSD in Oral Pathology is a non-certificate program for dentists and non-dentists who wish to receive additional graduate level training in oral pathology. The intent of the program is for students in the clinical specialties or non-dentists to gain additional experience in oral pathology. The program is designed to take approximately eight to eleven quarters which will vary according to the students? concurrent clinical specialty training. The program also provides initial training for those students who may elect to proceed to a Ph.D. program and/or an academic or research career.
Teaching. Students are encouraged to take elective courses offered through the Medical Education and Graduate School which will help them in their teaching careers
Research. The research requirement for this degree can be fulfilled by either a report on experimentation carried out by the student in one of the laboratories, or a case report with review of the literature.
Course Requirements. The student will take approximately 50 - 70 credit hours.
