MPH SCHOOLS WONDERING

Hi so I am asking for a friend and I don't know much about MPH schools but I have been trying to do some research on them. My friend has a 3.52 overall GPA. They have recently been accepted to Mount Sinai and LSU NOLA. I was wondering whats the difference between going to a bigger named school versus others? Please let me know. (Besides tuition and location- I mean like the programs themselves? If you are attending or know more info please message.)
