Hi, Can anyone recommend a pre-recorded mindfulness meditation exercise that I can find online? I want to use one for a study rather than record my own voice, but some of the ones I've found so far are kind of weird (i.e., sci-fi music playing in the background, creepy voices, etc.) Thanks for your help!

How many minutes would you like? Kabat-Zinn's is good but it's 45 minutes long. You can find a CD from the MBSR program, I believe.

Thanks for your response. 20 minutes would probably be the maximum I could do because of time constraints with our subject pool

Yeah, it's hard to find a good one that's short enough without making one yourself. One of the people behind our study made the recording that we used :/

Edit: Are you thinking of a body scan, probably?
