Microbiology NBME (study suggestions)

Hello fellow students,

I wanted to perform 90+ on my microbiology nbme Exam. For those that have achieved this or greater, can you give me some advice on how to tackle it? I took advice from you all last time for physio and neuroanatomy and thanks to your smart advice i was able to achieve my goal.

Please suggest on how to tackle this NBME.
