Are you a faculty physician or medical trainee (student, resident, fellow) who has experienced or witnessed micro- or macroaggression in the workplace? Would you like to share your experience?

There is quite a bit of survey data that shows micro and macroaggressions are happening but not actual examples. We believe that hearing directly from those affected is the first step in creating change.

No personal identifiers will be collected, so none of the interviews or examples provided can be traced back to a specific person.

This study is open to all specialties (Surgery, Medicine, Psychiatry, etc). Please feel free to share the link with colleagues and trainees.

For more information and/or to sign up for a virtual interview:

Thank you. Please contact us with any questions.

"In conclusion, these 8 internet users, only 5 of whom gave us the name Mike Hunt, show that microaggressions are totally serious. We hope that this creates opportunities for further investigation, so that I can meet my faculty research requirements by posting on SDN."
