Medical Specialization (orthopedic) in Europe

Hi,
I'm Wira Praja from Indonesia.
i'm a medical student right now, i'll graduate as a medical doctor approximately in 2 years from now.
I want to continue my specialization as Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology in Europe.
I'm thinking about germany or spain or UK, but other countries would be no problem.
any advice for me?
Is that possible for me? what are the requirements?
