medical elective ( Germany ) ..best way and note

Hello...

Iam final year medical student from egypt and i want get an elective in surgery in Germany even i still studying it as its my last round or rotation before graduation so


- shall i get it just after graduation but i have mandatory clerckship or training here which will begin 2 months after graduation ...march 2013
- the best university hospital is Heidelberg ?
- what are the best ways to get fund just to cover my travel ???
