Im a MSIII at NSU. Anyone know the DO friendly or unfriendly EM residencies on the east coast. Also what grades and COMLEX do you need to get a spot?

Most of the MD EM residencies on the east coast will be DO friendly. Your best bet is to apply to the ones you are interested in (that's what I did). Through the grapevine, I've heard that Orlando is not DO friendly, but you know what? Things change. THe best bet is to not worry about what places are DO friendly, but to look at where YOU want to do your residency. That's the criteria I am using, and hopefully I'll be very happy come Match Day next month.
