How important are the verbal and writing scores viewed?
I've heard that verbal is the most important score and I just wanted to know what that means to an adcom.

(like which score is better a 12v/10/10 or a 8/13/12?

Also, if you did well in the writing section does that mean anything at all?!

yeah. good question. i've wondered the same thing myself. i choked up and got a 9 on VR... but i got a T on the writing. as much as i want to believe that adcoms care about writing, i get the feeling they don't. the saying is "they don't care if you do well, they just don't want you to screw it up." those haters.

I heard from my premed adv. that verbal is very important in determine admission !!!

12v/10/10 ....with a 12 V... much better. but would be nice if you do well on other p/b area too.
and the writing portion is not important! at least to some med schools.

that is what i heard........I am sure a lot sdn will give you more opinions.
