The sites show up after you're signed up for it and you can pick a spot and an alternate spot. I think it varies somewhat. Some sites are there every year, but the one located in my hometown was available in aug 03 but not in april 04

FYI

Pick a location that's not popular. A popular location with easy access usually has a lot of test takers. If you are in a smaller venue then you will not have to wait long for check in, when test are picked up, recheck in after lunch, and to use the bathroom. I took mine in downtown Boston with about 200 other people. I was there from 8 am till 6pm, needless to say it was a very long day.
