First of all, why do you want to change your medical school after already having secured a seat in Osmania?

Osmania is good brand name but sucks in terms of teaching, professors and students quality, facilties. It kills the spirit of medicine.

I see…in your case, I would go with a guaranteed pathway for sure then. If you want to get a seat in the USA, you might have to explain why you chose to go to an Indian medical school in the first place (considering you are a US citizen), and you may need to improve that low MCAT score…I believe the average US matriculant to MD schools has around a 33 score now. You also may need to do some US pre-med courses at a US undergrad institution…I don't know if Indian courses in those science subjects will be considered. Either way, apply to every single guaranteed program that you can; it is always best to get into med school through those! Good luck :)
