Dropped the ball this year and will miss out on the four year Air force scholarship so trying to get ready to apply for the 3 year scholarship.

My question is when they look at your GPA for the matrix qualification how do they look at graduate and undergraduate GPA's? In undergrad I had a 3.34 which kept me out of the matrix, but in my MS degree program I will most likely end with a 3.98. Will they average them take the grad or ignore the grad?

The Air Force ignored my grad gpa and other post-bacc courses and just used my undergrad gpa... unfortunately. But perhaps the board will take notice of your grad gpa when they meet and review your app.

Hmmm not what I wanted to hear but if that's how it is then I better at least make a nice asterisk next to my uGPA with my grad GPA
