Did anyone notice that the LOR is supposed to be signed in BLUE ink?
I already got one letter back signed in black ink- should I request they reprint and sign it in blue ink?

You got what you got.... going back to ask the attending to actually read the cover letter and do a blue signature is a bad idea IMO. Some attendings give the letters to their secretaries and the secretaries stamp the signature... which is whatever color that stamp is, usually black since that's what you use on the medical charts.

It doesnt really matter..I wrote to ERAS and they said they will accept letters signed in black ink as well.

Blue or black ink makes no difference for MD/DO applicants.

Your LORs are scanned. No one can see colors- the program directos are basically getting a Xerox.
