LOR question on ERAS

i am submitting my ERAS today. i am still waiting on 1 LOR. our school will tell us whether it's good or not. the thing is ,i already designated this person as my letter writer. if i don't like it, can i just not upload it and add another letter writer?thanx, s

Hmmm...so the 'waive' option isn't taken seriously at your school? That is dishonest.

you ultimately have the power not to assign that letter to a program. they will still upload it. However, the programs will have no idea that that is one of your letters.
