LoR: 2 IR and 1 neuro enough for DR/IR and DR?

So basically I have a great IR research/clinical letter, a great rads vice chairman letter (who is also IR), and a great neuro letter (residency director). However, I have nothing else. I was wondering if those 3 letters are enough to apply to DR and IR/DR programs. Additionally, I'll be applying to transitional, medicine, and surgery prelims, so would those 3 be enough for them? From my search, seems like prelim positions generally do not have a LoR requirement in their specialty. Thanks!
