Looking VA and Northbound 3.96cGPA, 33Q

I am a Virginia native attending college in PA with a 3.96cGPA, 3.91sGPA, and 33Q(10PS/11VR/12BS).

ECs:
80 hours of clinical research with ED residents. No pubs but attended conference where one study was presented.
70 hours of volunteering in NICU and ED.
130 hours shadowing Attendings and assisting Medical Assistants in an internal medicine office.
Fundraising Chair of my school’s Relay For Life and Secretary of Pre-Med Society for the past three years.
Active in my school's theatre department(minoring in theatre) and chapel.
Student Ambassador, Tri-Beta officer, Alpha Chi member.

I would like to stay in VA or the Northeast. Right now I am looking at:

Are my ECs interesting enough for the top tier schools?
Some schools do not allow CC courses for pre-reqs. I took physics at a CC; would that ruin my chances even if the creditstransferred to my main institution?
Do you have any suggestions or tips on any specific schools to help confirm orquestion their place on my list?
