Pages are exactly 476, this also includes there 300 or so written in MCQ's from Premier. I took the on-line Video stream course.

How much do you want for it? Do you know if there is any difference in the March 2008 vs the July 08? The course claims that the information is updated to reflect changes in the exam. I wonder how true this is.
