Hey team,
I'm going into Preventive Med/Public Health. This requires a prelim year. I'm doing the prelim year in Internal Medicine. I'm at medical school at a tertiary care-heavy place and I want to do my prelim year at a place that takes primary care seriously. I'd be happy to go to a hospital outside or away from a city, especially because I believe that will be more primary care heavy and I want to experience American medicine away from big academic hubs.
Anyone have any leads for me in the East coast (VA up to Boston) corridor or California.
Appreciate any help.
