Have a single family home that I am occupying solely. Looking for a roommate, this person will have full access to everything except my personal room. I have available a living room, two bedrooms, full bathroom, and kitchen. I also have my office that if need be I will allow usage of, it has multiscreen system, laser and deskjet wifi printers with airprinting. High speed internet (wireless), Cable TV and central air. I am a very easy person to work with, I am seldom home and usually never in the way.
Looking for a respectful rentee.
No smoking in the house, I do have one cat and any animals are welcome (within reason on quantity).
