Is there a resource that lists all schools' average STEP 1 and STEP 2 scores? I've found websites with data from 2016-2017 but am hoping for something more recent.

You won't find it. Your welcome to take one for the team and compile them individually. Schools generally release these means to students by email so you'd need a contact at each school. Better act fast as the window to do that with Step 1's closing.

I think pre-med reddit has a list like this from US news data.

@DataKing put out a new list I believe. The latest are in the USNews ranking that came out last week. The post above is a year old, I think.
