Letter of Recommendation for ERAS Technical Issue..

Hi all 4th year medical student applying for the 2021 Match. The Neurologist I worked with completed an LOR on my behalf and has given me the letter despite me waiving my rights. However he is having substantial problems uploading it and he isn't someone whose responds to my texts and emails much... Am I allowed to upload the letter myself after creating a 'separate' email under his name. I'm sure he'll agree to it and I'll get his approval before, but am I allowed to do this even?

I don't live near him when he's in the office. But I was able to troubleshoot it remotely. Hopefully I helped fix the issue for him.
