Letter of rec from professors

For letter of recs from science professors, do the professors have to have given you a letter grade, or are pass/no pass professors okay?

It aint matter brah but I dunno if pass/fail profs would write u a strong rec. if you think so, then go for it.

You can get a letter from anyone regardless of grading method, but ideally your letter should come from a professor whose class you really stood out in so they can write favorably about you as a student. I'm not sure how well your performance would be gauged in a pass/fail course.
