Two questions:
1. I know I put my address on the top, then the date, then the address of the program to which you're applying. Is this always directed to the residency director? Are there any exceptions? So I will start my letter as Dear Dr. Smith: (providing that Dr. Smith is the director)?
2. One of the directors of the programs to which I am applying has the following credentials:
Jackie Smith, RPh, BCPS
I do know it is a female. Since she does not have a PharmD, it would not be addressed doctor. Do I do Miss, Ms., Mrs...?
Thanks!
