Late SLOE Question

Hello, I searched for this topic but did not find a relatable answer. I finished two auditions and requested SLOE's. I contacted both and they responded by having the SLOE's in by Monday (by 9/16). I currently have only one LOR and zero SLOE's. Should I submit my application by 9/15 or wait for one of the SLOE's later (in 1-2 days)? Are there disadvantages submitting a couple days later?

It's currently the weekend, I am hoping to have all my stuff completed by Monday (morning, hopefully) and programs have the weekend off. Any insight/advice?
