Blood supply to mitral papillary muscles--RCA—posteromedial; LAD and LCx –anterolateral.
More likely to rupture posteromedial because of single blood supply, rupture associated with severe acute MR.

Fair test. Not sure if i found it easier because I’m further in my training now or because it was actually easier. Definitely studied less this go around.

I agree. It was a fair test as a CA-1. Just felt like I could have gotten some questions right that I knew the answers to. Ugh. Whatevs

It felt like.... A multiple choice test. Typical 1st and 2nd order questions with a nice mix of many subspecialties of anesthesia. There was random crap I never could have studied for and plenty of gimmies. Felt like it did the past 2 times I took it.
