I am currently filling out my Pharmcas and I was wondering if I should enter in my non-pharmacy work experiences in that section...I worked as a server for 1 year and I feel that it has taught me a lot about how to deal with customers and customer service in general. Any suggestions?

you answered yourself. If it helped you deal with costumers, that's something you can talk about in your interview 
so it should be in your PharmCAS
