It seems that most private practice PRS or FPRS folks in the area where I would like to end up are in solo practice. The few exceptions I know of are one or two practices with an ENT/FPRS guy with a PRS-trained partner who does full body work. There are also some two-surgeon general plastics practices.
Regardless, everyone seems to being going solo for the most part. For somebody planning on finishing a fellowship in the near future, is it common to be able to join an already-established practice or is it more likely that you'll need to start from scratch and build your own?
For the record I am interested in FPRS, but I would like to hear the opinions for either FPRS or PRS.
