I am a recent memeber of this excellent forum. Currently completing a pain fellowship, and I am curious for those of us who dont have a job locked down yet, any advice on how to pursue this? Recruiters? Alumni? Other?

Your local reps are a great source of info. They have access to the reps who know all the pain docs in the area you want to move to. Medtronic, ANS, etc are big ones. Gaswork.com is also a source of info.
