Hello everyone,
I am getting confused on the pathophys of Job Syndrome.
I am confused, is the disease caused by a decrease in IFN-gamma which then does not allow neutrophils causing non-pyogenic infections? Or does it have to do with Th17 cells and if so how? Also how does IgE play into this or is it just a correlation?
