Is there any way to get a look at ERAS format (word limits, prompts, etc) without having a token?

It would be useful to know in advance what this whole ERAS thing looks like, especially the required information being demanded, prompts, word/character limits for responses, official categories for different things, so that there are no surprises when eventually needing to fill this out.

Is there a way to see the exact format with all the exact prompts, limits and requirements in advance of actually getting a token?

There aren't prompts for things like essays, because the only essay you'll have is your personal statement. But, you can get an idea of what's on the application with this: https://aamc-orange.global.ssl.fast...8290dc8/eras_myeras_application_worksheet.pdf

It's from 2017 ERAS, but it's not going to be significantly different.
