I underestimated the MCAT and now I’m worried I won’t be able to get the score I deserve. I took a diagnostic MCAT exam and scored 488 (yikes). Realistically I won’t be able to take the exam in September since I don’t have time to properly study. I could take the exam in January though, but am not sure if it is too late. Thoughts?

A January MCAT is not too late. You will be fine. Good luck!

I took 1st MCAT in sept and then a retake in Jan. didn’t put in my application until March. You shouldn’t worry if you score decently and have a good gpa + EC’s. Their typically fast with interview invites and acceptances.
