Is pre-reg in UK (or Australia) a requirement for sitting the FPGEE in USA?

I know that you can sit for the Canadian license exams with your pharmacy degree alone. Does the same thing apply to US as well?

no, you have to be a licensed pharmacist in your country - in the UK that means doing your pre-reg year and passing the pre-reg exam
 
I have done my pharmacy from india and it is of 5 years so does that makes me eligible for giving fpgee. How the evaluation is done by NABP and what the credits requirements.
