Is it worth to apply for early decision for UPENN LPS’ Post-bacc?

Hi all, I’m a career-changer in my senior year of college. Early decision for Penn is this February, which won’t include my winter quarter grades. Reg decision is June. Would it make a difference in terms of admission if I apply early?
