Is AADSAS ever not having a "high volume of calls"

8:59am - office closed
9:00am - high volume of calls and busy singal

How can you actually get through, i need to check on some LOR.

hahaha, you think that since you are paying so much to AADSAS that they will try to help you any way they can, but just like other techanical supports, they are useless most of the time. What you have to do is keep on redialing and hopefully you'll get through.

I am not surprise if they only have ONE techanical person working there...

The AADSAS needs to be reworked in some way. I applied first week of June 2002 and my application was not complete until first week of December '02. They mixed up my transcripts and letters of rec with another person, the grades I filled in (what a pain) on their end was blank due to a computer error on their behalf. Yeah they wrote a big letter to the schools explaining it was their fault but I was way behind. Thank God I still got into three schools.

When I call, somebody always answers.

am I just TOO lucky?
