Interview Advice

I am have three managed care interviews in various states at VA hospitals later this month. All of the hospitals only have one residency position for managed care, so it's important that I do well on these interviews. I do not know what to expect, and I know some of you have been through the interview process before. I've been told that your grades and CV get you the interview, but your personality gets you the residency. Any tips on how to nail these interviews?
