Who are the internists out there on this forum, and would you be willing to have a private discussion with me (about GME)? I don't mean to make it private...it's nothing too personal about my situation (my neuro-syphilis is well controlled, promise!) But I do want to talk about some specific examples, that I'd rather not post too publicly.

Anyway, if you're out there and interested, please PM me or reply here (I'll start a private thread). I'm looking for Navy IM particularly, but I'll take any one who's willing to talk.
