Forgive me if this is a common question, I couldn't find an answer by searching the forums:

What other medical schools around the world can I study at which would allow me to come back home and practice at home in Canada? Are any of these places easier to gain acceptance to?

I think these three are the top choices for Canadians. I have heard it is much tougher to get a residency in Canada after you graduate than to get a residency in the U.S.

There's a school in Guadalajara Mexico that has a good reputation. Their graduates seem to be very successful in obtaining US residencies.

Columbia has an affiliation with Ben-Gurion University in Israel. Awsome school, and supposedly their students match extremely well. Bad neighborhood though, it's in the middle of a giant desert and not too far from the Gaza strip.
