what is the difference in the total cost of attendance?
where do you want to live/work in the future?
which is closer to friends/family?

KY is around 20k cheaper and apartments are other expenses are a lot cheaper in KY as well.
Indiana is farther (I’m from NC) but I prefer eventually moving to Indians versus KY.

Would you move back to NC or are you planning on moving to move out of state anyways? I think if you are already planning on moving to Indiana, then I would do Indiana. It seemed like a really good program and that's where you want to live.

However, if you're moving back to NC then I would do KY, less expensive & closer to home. You will save a decent amount of money on living expenses alone for 4 years.
